  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Returns are applicable only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
  • Any product showing signs of wear and tear, damage, or usage will not be eligible for return.
  • Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, braces, supports, and compression wear, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
